Welcome to Münster!

We are delighted to welcome you back to Münster for the DGG Annual Meeting after 10 years. As usual, we offer a forum for discussions on all topics of geophysics. Reports from students on their final theses are just as welcome as outstanding results from major research projects.

In addition to the established thematic areas, we set new standards with our key topics, which also have a special relevance to geophysical research in Münster. The four key topics are "Structures and Processes in the Deep Earth", "Exploration for a Sustainable Future", "Artificial Intelligence, Models and Big Data", and "Geophysics in Polar and Ice Regions".

In addition to the scientific program, numerous companies will be presenting. We would like to thank you in advance for your participation; without your sponsorship, much of what we offer here would not be possible. Events specifically for students and young researchers, and of course the traditional social evening, round out the program.
