Up to two poster sessions of 60 minutes each take place daily. No oral presentations are scheduled during these times. During the poster presentation of the respective session, at least one of the authors must be present.
The required format is A0, portrait orientation. Presenters are asked to put up their posters by Monday, March 2, 2026, at 10:00 (for poster sessions on Monday and Tuesday) or by Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 8:30 (for poster sessions on Wednesday and Thursday).
The presentation time is 12 minutes, plus 3 minutes for discussion. Please upload your presentation in PowerPoint or PDF format to the computers in the lecture room no later than the break before the session.
In exceptional cases, you may use your own laptop. In this case, please test the functionality during the break before your presentation.
The three best posters and presentations by early-career scientists (students and doctoral candidates who have not yet completed their PhD) will each be awarded a prize of €150.
The award winners will receive their certificates at the closing ceremony on Thursday.
